SUBJECT: Acceptance of Improvements - MacDowell Terrace, Tract 8536, SD-92-3
RECOMMENDATION
That the City Council accept, by resolution, the subdivision MacDowell Terrace, located at the northwest corner of Remington Drive and Azure Street as complete and satisfactory. The project consists of nine residential lots plus one common lot.
DISCUSSION
The Public improvements required under this contract, consisting of curb, gutter, sidewalk, paving, lighting, and utilities were inspected by the Public Works Department and found to be satisfactory. Acceptance is, therefore, recommended.
