Attached is the resolution prepared by the City Attorney’s Office implementing the new Control Point for the City Attorney for Fiscal Year 1999/00 in accordance with procedures adopted by Council on October 17, 1995, detailed in Report to Council #95-380.

The new Control Point for the City Attorney is set at $138,606 and was adjusted to include the shared cost of the Employer Paid Member Contribution (EPMC) of 0.74%. The control point is effective June 27, 1999.

In addition, the resolution provides for an equivalent benefit to the Employer Paid Member Contribution in the event the federal cap on reportable compensation is exceeded.
