SUBJECT:
1999-0439 - AmBex Venture Group, LLC (ARC TEC): Application for a Special Development Permit to allow an exterior renovation and addition of 2,243 square feet to an existing office building. The property is located at 1245 Oakmead Parkway in an M-S/PD (Industrial and Service/Planned Development) Zoning District.REPORT IN BRIEF
The project was reviewed by the Planning Commission on November 8, 1999. Following deliberations during the public hearing the Planning Commission voted 4-2 to deny the project primarily due to concerns with the architecture. The applicant is interested in re-submitting a new design and future Planning Commission and City Council public hearing dates have not been established.
RECOMMENDATION
This is an information report and no action is required.
