2. 1999-1073 - Hyunkyu and Jungsoon Cho: Application for a Special Development Permit to allow the addition of a one-bedroom unit and rental office to an existing 16-unit apartment complex. The property is located at 1090 Reed Avenue in an R-3/PD (Medium Density Residential/Planned Development) Zoning District. (APN: 213-09-095) DRP (Approved)
