MINUTES
SUNNYVALE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
DECEMBER 14, 1999
The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Sunnyvale met upon adjournment of the regularly scheduled City Council meeting at 8:45 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 456 W. Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale, California, with Chair Pat Vorreiter presiding.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Vice Chair Walker moved, and Agency Member Miller seconded, to approve the minutes. The minutes of November 9, 1999 were approved by the following roll call vote:
Ayes: Fowler, Valerio, Walker, Vorreiter, Roberts, Miller
Noes: None
Abstain: Risch
Absent: None

Reciprocal Easement Agreement Between American Mall Properties, the Sunnyvale Redevelopment Agency and Other Property Owners Regarding Town Center, Including the Development of Additional Parking Structures and Retail Space |
Dyane Matas, Housing and Neighborhood Preservation Officer, presented the staff report and answered Agency Member questions.
Chair Vorreiter opened the public hearing at 9:05 p.m.
Dahl Phelps expressed concern regarding a tax in relation to the parking structure.
Chair Vorreiter closed the public hearing at 9:11 p.m.
Agency Member Fowler moved, and Agency Member Risch seconded, to approve Amendment No. 3 to the Construction, Operation and Reciprocal Easement Agreement authorizing the Executive Director to execute the agreements outlined in the staff report with any necessary administrative changes. The motion carried by the following roll call vote:
Ayes: Fowler, Valerio, Walker, Vorreiter, Roberts, Miller, Risch
Noes: None
Abstain: None
Absent: None

There were no citizens to be heard.
ADJOURNMENT
Chair Vorreiter declared the meeting adjourned at 9:16 p.m.
