SUBJECT: Appeal of the Planning Commission Agenda of January 24, 2000

REPORT IN BRIEF

This report represents Planning Commission and Administrative Hearing items that may be pre-appealed by a majority vote of the Council. Council should indicate those items on which it wishes to have expanded notification.

A. Appeal of the Planning Commission Agenda of January 24, 2000

1. 1999-1216 - Fremont Union High School District (Nextel): Application for a Use Permit to allow the addition of three panel antennas on an existing light standard at Fremont Union High School athletic field. The property is located at 1279 Sunnyvale-Saratoga Road in a PF (Public Facilities) Zoning District. (APN: 202-05-001) (Negative Declaration) (Approved)

2. 1999-1061- Spieker Properties: - Application for a Use Permit to allow demolition of an existing building and construction of a two-story office building with a Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 39.9%. The property is located at 384 Santa Trinita Way in an M/S (Industrial and Service) Zoning District. (APN: 205-24-001) (Negative Declaration) (Approved)

RECOMMENDATION

The Council should review the agenda and appeal an application where appropriate.
