That the City Council, by resolution, accept the project as complete and satisfactory.

The Contractor, Bond Blacktop, Inc., has satisfactorily completed the Slurry Seal Maintenance Contract for Streets project within the allocated budget and for the final contract amount of $183,996.12.

The work included slurry sealing of 117 City streets, 26 courts, 3 off-street parking areas, and 4 parking lots, including an inside area by the gate of the WPCP plant.

The work was done as part of the annual maintenance program for City streets.

The project was inspected by the Public Works Corporation Yard staff and found to be satisfactory. Acceptance is, therefore, recommended.
