That the City Council, by resolution, accept the project as complete and satisfactory.

The Contractor, G.A.B. Construction, Inc., has satisfactorily completed the Underground Overhead Utilities Fair Oaks Avenue, Street Lights project within the allocated budget and for the final contract amount of $45,470.00.

The work included providing and installing twenty-three (23) street light poles, arms, conductors, and electroliers on bases provided by PG&E’s undergrounding contractor.

The work was done to replace of street lights previously on PG&E poles, which were removed as part of the undergrounding of overhead utilities on Fair Oaks Avenue. The undergrounding was done by PG&E under the Rule 20A funding program.

The project was inspected by the Public Works Project Administration Section and found to be satisfactory. Acceptance is, therefore, recommended.
