That the City Council, by resolution, accept the project as complete and satisfactory.

The Contractor, Zantic Construction Painting, has satisfactorily completed the Painting of Water Tanks project within the allocated budget and for the final contract amount of $21,000.00.

The work included furnishing and applying paint to the exterior surfaces of three water tanks at the Hamilton Pump Station site.

The work was done to externally re-coat the water storage tanks as per the tank maintenance schedule.

The project was inspected by the Public Works Project Administration Section and found to be satisfactory. Acceptance is, therefore, recommended.
