This report recommends amending the classification plan and salary resolution to include the newly-developed subject classification.

As the result of a classification study conducted by the consulting firm of Koff & Associates, it was determined that the duties being performed by the incumbent in the classification of Transportation Planner exceeded those contained in that class specification. As a result, the City has created the new classification of Senior Transportation Planner which more accurately reflects the actual duties being performed.
