The related applications for Amendment to the Sunnyvale Downtown Specific Plan, Rezoning to DSP-5, Special Development and Tentative Map were considered by the Planning Commission on March 26, 2001 and were approved with modifications. The applicant requests a continuance to May 15, 2001 to address the amendments imposed by the Planning Commission requiring more time to do extensive design changes.

This project was recommended for approval by the Planning Commission on March 26, 2001 with several amendments. The amendments imposed by the Planning Commission would require extensive design changes and the applicant requests more time to work out the revisions.
