| SUBJECT: | Acceptance of Improvements – Las Palmas Homes Tract # 9230, (SD-99-6) |
RECOMMENDATION
That the City Council accept, by resolution, the subdivision, located at 901 Sunnyvale-Saratoga Road as complete and satisfactory. The project consists of 34 lots.
DISCUSSION
The Public improvements required under this contract, consisting of curb, gutter, sidewalk, paving, lighting, and utilities were inspected by the Public Works Department and found to be satisfactory. Acceptance is, therefore, recommended.
