SUBJECT: Pre-Appeal of the Administrative Hearing Agenda of January 16, 2002

REPORT IN BRIEF

This report represents the Planning Commission Hearing and Administrative Hearing items that may be pre-appealed by a majority vote of the Council. Council should indicate any appealed items on which it wishes to have expanded notification.

  1. 2001-0771 –Chad Abbott [Applicant] Ernie Von Emster[Owner]: Application for a Use Permit for a new telecommunication facility consisting of four 8-foot panel antennas attached to a 65-foot monopole with ancillary equipment. The property is located at 1175 Aster Avenue in an M-3/ITR (General Industrial/Industrial To Residential) Zoning District. (APN: 213-01-033)

    Application for a Special Development Permit to allow façade improvements and a reduced front yard setback. The property is located at 750 East El Camino Real in an C-2/PD (Highway Business/Planned Development) Zoning District. (APN211-24-039)
  3. 2001-0795 -Michael Chacon [Applicant] Ben & Michon Mahoney [Owner]: Application for a Special Development Permit to allow a second-story addition to a single family home. The project is located at 397 McKinley Avenue in an R-3/PD (Medium Density Residential/Planned Development) Zoning District

RECOMMENDATION

The Council should review the agenda. A majority vote of the City Council is required to advanced notice of appeal of an application.
