REPORT IN BRIEF
This report represents the Planning Commission Hearing items that may be pre-appealed by a majority vote of the Council. Council should indicate any appealed items on which it wishes to have expanded notification.
1. 2001-0430 - Benjamin A. Davies/Sprint PCS (Applicant) Hopkins Honda/Hopkins Trustee (Owner): Application for a Use Permit to allow the installation of a wireless telecommunications antenna on a 40-foot monopole and associated ground equipment. The property is located at 1048 El Camino Real in a C-2 (Highway Business) Zoning District. (APN: 198-26-006) EW (Negative Declaration)
RECOMMENDATION
The Council should review the agenda. A majority vote of the City Council is required to advanced notice of appeal of an application.
