The City
of Sunnyvale is expected to receive $617,000 in HOME funds for
fiscal year 2002/03. Non-Profit agencies and CHDOs are expected |
|
to play
a major role in the provision of new and rehabilitated housing
projects with HOME funds and in providing support services to those |
|
projects.
HOME funds will be used to increase housing for low income families,
seniors, and the disabled through new construction, acquisition, |
|
and
innovative solutions which support affordable housing and are close
to public transportation systems. |
