SUBJECT:

Acceptance of Improvements — Library AC-1 Supply Fan Replacement

RECOMMENDATION

That the City Council, by resolution, accept the project as complete and satisfactory.

DISCUSSION

The Contractor, Fluid Industrial Systems, Inc., has satisfactorily completed the Library AC-1 Supply Fan Replacement (PR-95-13(E)) project within the allocated budget and for the final contract amount of $67,333.22.

The work included replacement of the existing supply fan unit.

The work was done because of failure of the original supply fan unit.

The project was inspected by the Public Works Project Administration Section and found to be satisfactory. Acceptance is, therefore, recommended.
