SUBJECT:

Acceptance of Improvements — Slurry Seal Contract for Streets

RECOMMENDATION

That the City Council, by resolution, accept the project as complete and satisfactory.

DISCUSSION

The Contractor, Graham Contractors, Inc., has satisfactorily completed the Slurry Seal Contract for Streets (ST-02/01-02) project within the allocated budget and for the final contract amount of $218,720.70.

The work included coating selected streets with slurry seal.

The work was done as part of the City’s routine maintenance of streets.

The project was inspected by the Public Works Project Administration Section and found to be satisfactory. Acceptance is, therefore, recommended.
