EXHIBIT B - COMPENSATION

 The City shall compensate the Consultant for the Scope of Services provided in accordance with the contract for Consultant Services.

1.0

BASIC COMPENSATION

Total compensation shall be on a not-to-exceed basis as per Consultant Services Agreement Item 4, Payment of Fees and Expenses.

For Services as described in Exhibit A, compensation shall be computed on a lump-sum, not-to-exceed basis for Items A.1, A.2, B.1, and B.2 below. Compensation shall be computed on an hourly-rate, not-to-exceed basis for Items A.3, A.4, B.3, and B.4 below.
