SUBJECT:

Acceptance of Improvements — Water Pollution Control Plant Administration Building Improvements

RECOMMENDATION

That the City Council, by resolution, accept the project as complete and satisfactory.

DISCUSSION

The Contractor, Koffler Electrical, has satisfactorily completed the Water Pollution Control Plant Administration Building Improvements (PR-98/10-99) project for the final contract amount of $71,841.00.

The work included electrical upgrades to bring the electrical systems in both the Administration Building and the Laboratory into compliance with the current Electrical Code

The work was done to meet current demand in both buildings.

The project was inspected by the Public Works Project Administration Section and found to be satisfactory. Acceptance is, therefore, recommended.
