As required by California Government Code Section 53646, the Treasurer shall render a report to the City Council, City Manager, and Internal Auditor containing detailed information on all securities, investments, and moneys held by the City. The quarterly report shall be submitted within 30 days following the end of the quarter covered by the report.

The Finance department has routinely provided this information on a monthly basis within 30 days following the end of each accounting period.

I hereby certify the City’s portfolio complies with the City’s adopted Investment Policy and the reporting requirements of State Law, and that the amount of the funds available are sufficient to meet expenditure requirements for the next 6 months, ending January 2003.
