| SUBJECT: | Approval of Final Map – Redwood Meadow, Tract No. 9406 |
DISCUSSION
The executed final map, subdivision agreement (SD 01-01), security instruments to guarantee required improvements, certificate of insurance, development fees and all other related documents have been furnished to the City. Said documents have been examined by staff and found to be complete and in proper form. The final map conforms to the approved tentative map.
Location: 973-979 Bellomo Avenue
Zoning: R-3/PD
Number of Lots: Eight townhomes and one common lot
Area: .4614 acres
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that council approve the Final Map.
