| SUBJECT: | Acceptance of Improvements — City Hall Boiler and Multi-Zone Air Handling Unit Replacement |
RECOMMENDATION
That the City Council, by resolution, accept the project as complete and satisfactory.
DISCUSSION
The Contractor, Fluid Industrial Systems, Inc., has satisfactorily completed the City Hall Boiler and Multi-Zone Air Handling Unit Replacement (PR-95-13(B)) project for the final contract amount of $150,698.
The work included replacement of the boiler and air handling unit.
The work was done because leaks had developed in the boiler, and other problems had been found in the air handling unit.
The project was inspected by the Public Works Project Administration Section and found to be satisfactory. Acceptance is, therefore, recommended.
