SUBJECT: Pre-Appeal of the Planning Commission Agenda of September 23, 2002 and the Administrative Hearing Agenda of September 25, 2002

REPORT IN BRIEF

This report represents the Planning Commission items and Administrative Hearing items that may be pre-appealed by a majority vote of the Council. Council should specify the reason for the pre-appeal and indicate any appealed items on which it wishes to have expanded notification.

RECOMMENDATION

The Council should review the agenda. A majority vote of the City Council is required to advanced notice of appeal of an application.
