Acceptance of Improvements — Fair Oaks Avenue A.C. Overlay |

RECOMMENDATION |

That the City Council, by resolution, accept the project as complete and satisfactory. |

DISCUSSION |
|
|
The Contractor, Top Grade Construction, has satisfactorily completed the Fair Oaks Avenue A.C. Overlay (ST-01/02-01(B)) project within the allocated budget and for the final contract amount of $675,231.42. The work included installation of asphalt concrete pavement and all associated traffic work on Fair Oaks Avenue between Highway 237 and Central Expressway. The work was done as part of AB 2928 program. The project was inspected by the Public Works Project Administration Section and found to be satisfactory. Acceptance is, therefore, recommended. |
