SUBJECT: Pre-Appeal of the Planning Commission Agenda of December 9, 2002 and the Administrative Hearing Agenda of December 11, 2002

This report represents the Planning Commission items and Administrative Hearing items that may be pre-appealed by a majority vote of the Council. Council should specify the reason for the pre-appeal and indicate any appealed items on which it wishes to have expanded notification.

2002-0829 - Application for a Variance from SMC (Sunnyvale Municipal Code) section 19.68.040 to allow an 810 square foot accessory living unity where 700 square feet is allowed. The property is located at 115 North Murphy Avenue in an R-2 (Low-Medium Density Residential) Zoning District. (APN: 204-49-039) EW

RECOMMENDATION

The Council should review the agenda. A majority vote of the City Council is required to advanced notice of appeal of an application.
