Approval of Final Map – Classics at Mary Manor – Tract 9469 |

RECOMMENDATION |
|
That the City Council approve the Final Map and authorize the execution of the Subdivision Agreement for the subject subdivision |

DISCUSSION |
|
The executed final map, subdivision agreement, security instruments to guarantee required improvements, certificate of insurance, development fees and all other related documents have been furnished to the City. Said documents have been examined by staff and found to be complete and in proper form. The final map conforms to the approved tentative map. Location: 1002 Washington Ave. Zoning: R-17/PD (Residential and C-1/PD (Commercial) Number of Lots: 33 Lots Area: 4.00 |
