These related applications were approved for a continuance by the Planning Commission to April 14, 2003. On April 2, 2003, staff met with the applicant and based on that meeting, the applicant requested further continuance of the Planning Commission to April 28, 2003. As a result, staff requests that the City Council public hearing be continued to May 13, 2003.

On March 24, 2003, the Planning Commission granted a continuance of this application to April 14, 2003 at the applicant's request. This project was reviewed by the Planning Commission at its Study Session on March 10, 2003. During the project review, the Commission raised some comments that required more time for the applicant to prepare for the public hearing on March 24, 2003. Therefore the applicant requested a continuance of the Planning Commission Hearing to April 14, 2003. On April 2, 2003, staff met with the applicant and based on the information received at the meeting, the applicant requested further continuance of the Planning Commission hearing to April 28, 2003 resulting in a need to continue the City Council hearing to May 13, 2003.
