SUBJECT: Request for Two Meeting Date Changes

I would like to request that we discuss changes to the following meeting dates at the next Council Meeting on 4/22/03:

• The Special Meeting with Finance regarding Budget Issues currently scheduled for 5/2. I would like to move this up to 4/26, since the 4/26 date is now available, and I need to travel on the weekend of 5/2.

• The Community Outreach Meeting regarding Budget currently scheduled for 5/8 to some more compatible date (open for discussion), since this date and time occur on the same evening as the SCCCA meeting, which Councilmember Vorreiter, Vice Mayor Risch, and I need to attend.
