On April 14, 2003, Planning Commission continued the item to July 14, 2003 as requested by staff. Staff requested a continuance in response to a request for additional input from the public. As a result, staff requests that the City Council public hearing be continued to August 12, 2003.

This item is closely related to the Moffett Park Specific Plan. Additional input was requested from a member of the public to address the issue of coordination between the Transportation Strategic Program and the Moffett Park Specific Plan. On April 14, 2003, the Planning Commission granted a continuance of this application to July 14, 2003 resulting in a need to continue the City Council hearing to August 12, 2003.
