SUBJECT:

Approval of Final Map – Bougainvilla – Tract 9499

(SD-02-03)

RECOMMENDATION

That the City Council approve the Final Map and authorize the execution of the Subdivision Agreement for the subject subdivision

DISCUSSION

The executed final map, subdivision agreement, security instruments to guarantee required improvements, certificate of insurance, development fees and all other related documents have been furnished to the City. Said documents have been examined by staff and found to be complete and in proper form. The final map conforms to the approved tentative map.

Location: 321, E. Washington Ave.

Zoning: DSP – 4 (Downtown Specific Plan/Subdistrict 4)

Number of Lots: 9 air space condominium units on one common lot

Area: 0.37 Acres

RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended that the council approve the Final Map.
