SUBJECT: Pre-Appeal of the Planning Commission Agenda of June 23, 2003 and the Administrative Hearing Agenda of June 25, 2003

 
REPORT IN BRIEF

This report represents the Planning Commission items and Administrative Hearing items that may be pre-appealed by a majority vote of the Council. Council should specify the reason for the pre-appeal and indicate any appealed items on which it wishes to have expanded notification.

  1. 2003-0373 - Skytel [Applicant] Iron Mountain [Owner] - Application for a Use permit on a 435 square foot site to allow the co-location of three antennas to an existing 90-foot tower. The property is located at 101 Uranium Drive in an M-S (Industrial and Service) Zoning District. (APN: 216-27-048) RK

  1. 2003-0399 - Application for a Use Permit on a 9,281 square foot site to allow a fence over 7-feet in height in the side yard. The property is located at 1339 Lillian Avenue in an R-0 (Low-Density Residential) Zoning District. (APN: 309-08-051) CC

RECOMMENDATION

The Council should review the agenda. A majority vote of the City Council is required to advanced notice of appeal of an application.
