Information:
The purpose of the Child Care Advisory Board is to assist with implementation of child care work plan items and to recommend to the City Council additional areas of study. Members are appointed by the City Council to fill designated slots consisting of representatives of Sunnyvale Business, County Office of Education, State Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing, Sunnyvale Family Child Care Provider, Sunnyvale Child Care Centers, Resource and Referral Agency, School district, Community College, parent representative and related fields.
Members of the seven-member Board serve for a term of four years as appointed by the City Council.
