Information:
The Parks and Recreation Commission shall have power to:

a.) Act in an advisory capacity to the City Council in all matters pertaining to parks, recreation, playgrounds and entertainment.

b.) Review Department of Community Services annual budget prepared by the City Manager and make recommendations concerning the budget to the City Council.

The five-member advisory commission meets the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall. Applicants should have knowledge of or interest in the City's park facilities and recreational programs.

Meeting Schedule:
Council Chambers (may move) - second Wednesday of each month, 7 p.m.
