SUNNYVALE PERSONNEL BOARD

The Personnel Board met in regular session in Council Chambers, 456 W. Olive Avenue.  The meeting was called to order at 5:07 p.m. with Werner Gans presiding.

CONSENT CALENDAR

1.      a)  Gans moved the minutes of the December 18, 2006 meeting be approved as submitted.  Seconded by Nickey and unanimously carried.

GENERAL BUSINESS

2.  a) Consideration of Employee Suggestions:

Gans moved a $150 award for suggestion #05-22, High Turbidity Audible Alarms for AFT EFF & FWS.  Seconded by Saprai and unanimously carried.   Suggestor: Jeff Sorrick, Department of Public Works. 

Gans moved a $150 award for suggestion 05-23, AFT EFF Sample Pump Inlet Sample Modification.  Seconded by Saprai and unanimously carried. Suggestor: Jeff Sorrick, Department of Public Works.

Gans moved no award for suggestion 06-29, Sunnyvale 911 Phone # for Cell Phones.  Seconded by Nickey and unanimously carried.  Suggestor: Loren Wiser, Department of Public Works.

Gans moved a $150 award for suggestion 06-31, Timer.  Seconded by Saprai and unanimously carried.  Suggestor: Kevin Quick, Department of Public Works.
