special meeting 

The Personnel Board met in a special session in the City of Sunnyvale Training Center, 505 W. Olive Avenue.  The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. with Werner Gans presiding.

GENERAL BUSINESS

Marc Hynes, Special Counsel to the Personnel Board, presented several documents concerning the Personnel Board appeal process.  A general discussion was held on these documents.

NON-AGENDA ITEMS AND COMMENTS

The Board was informed that the disciplinary appeal hearing scheduled for August 20, 2007 has been postponed at the request of the appellant.
