Call to Order

Chairman Gans called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m.

Approval of Minutes

Bushman moved the minutes of the July 21, 2003 meeting be approved as submitted, seconded by Ketzel and unanimously carried.  Gans moved the minutes of the August 18, 2003 meeting be approved as submitted, seconded by Bushman and unanimously carried.

Other

Myriam Castaneda, H.R. Supervisor, updated the Personnel Board on status of the Employee Suggestion Program Committee.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 5:10 p.m.

The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Personnel Board will be held on Thursday, November 20, 2003 at 5:30 p.m. in the Human Resources Conference Room, 505 W. Olive Avenue Suite 200.
