Call to Order

Chairman Gans called the meeting to order at 5:05 p.m.

Approval of Minutes

Gans noted that the November 20, 2003 needed to be corrected to read that it was K. Bushman who said that F. Agabah was not at the October meeting. Bushman moved the minutes be approved as corrected , seconded by Gans and Reguerin simultaneously and unanimously carried. 

Other

Several dates were selected as possible Appeal Hearing dates for the Public Works Employee.  

Myriam Castaneda, H.R. Supervisor, presented the Personnel Board with the final draft of the Employee Suggestion Program and asked for their comments and suggestions in writing within one week.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6: 08 p.m.

The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Personnel Board will be held on Monday, January 19, 2004 at 5:00 p.m. in Council Chambers.
