MINUTES
SUNNYVALE PERSONNEL BOARD

The Personnel Board met in regular session in Council Chambers, 456 W. Olive Avenue at 5:00 P.M. with Karen Bushman presiding.

Absent: Karen Bushman (excused), Ericka Reguerin (unexcused)

CONSENT CALENDAR

1. Frank Agabah move the minutes of the November 15, 2004 meeting be approved as submitted.  Seconded by Marc Ketzel and unanimously carried.

CITIZENS TO BE HEARD

GENERAL BUSINESS

2. Consideration of Employee Suggestions:

Ketzel moved $100 for suggestion #04-08, Use of Recycled Water for Hydroflushing Sewer and Storm Mains and for Wash Rack.  Seconded by Agabah and unanimously approved.  Suggestor: Sean Jackson, Department of Public Works.

Gans moved $150 for suggestion #04-10, #4 Aft Mud Valve T Extension Required.  Seconded by Agabah and unanimously approved.  Suggestor: Juan Herrera, Department of Public Works. 

Ketzel moved $150 for suggestion #04-11, #2 Drain Sump.  Seconded by Agabah and unanimously approved.  Suggestor: Linda Reese, Department of Public Works.
