APPROVED MINUTES
SUNNYVALE PERSONNEL BOARD

The Personnel Board met in regular session in Council Chambers, 456 W. Olive Avenue.  The meeting was called to order at 5:07 P.M. with Werner Gans presiding.

ROLL CALL

Present: Frank Agabah, Werner Gans, Marc Ketzel, Stephanie Saprai 

Absent: Karen Bushman (excused)

Staff: Jane Fleenor, Interim Director of Human Resources, Mindy Vargas, Recording Secretary 

Werner Gans welcomed new board member Stephanie Sapari

CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Marc Ketzel moved the minutes of the May 16, 2005 meeting be approved as submitted.  Seconded by Werner Gans and unanimously carried.

GENERAL BUSINESS

1. Election of Chair and Vice-Chair deferred to August meeting when all board members can be present.

2. Review of City Code of Ethics

3. Disciplinary hearing dates were scheduled

NON-AGENDA ITEMS AND COMMENTS

Werner Gans thanked Jane Fleenor for a job very well done as Interim Director of Human Resources.
