A public hearing will be held by the Administrative Hearing Officer at City Hall, 456 West Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA for the purpose of considering the following applications:

CALL TO ORDER  

1.      2005-0328 - Application for a Variance from Sunnyvale Municipal Code (SMC) section 19.34.030 for a side yard setback of 3 feet to a new detached garage where 5'-10" is required.  The property is located at 831 Dwight Avenue (near N. Fair Oaks Avenue) in an R-0 (Low Density Residential) Zoning District.  (APN: 205-46-055) KD

2.      2005-0288 – Sunnyvale Healthcare Center [Applicant] Diversified Convalescent Hospitals Inc. [Owner]: Application for a Use Permit on a 1.9-acre site to allow clinical training use at an existing Nursing Home.  The property is located at 1291 South Bernardo Avenue (near Yorktown Drive) in a P-F (Public Facility) Zoning District. (APN: 202-37-030) KD

3.      2005-0335 –  School of Choice [Applicant] Santa Clara Unified School District [Owner]: Application for a Use Permit to allow a school and a church in three rooms totaling 4100 sq. ft. at the old Patrick Henry school site.  The property is located at 1095 Dunford Way (near Teal Drive) in a P-F (Public Facility) Zoning District.  (APN: 313-10-004) RK
