1.      2005-0314 Application for a Variance from Sunnyvale Municipal Code (SMC) section 19.34.030 to allow for combined side yard setbacks of 10 feet where 12 feet is required.   The property is located at 315 Orchard Avenue (near Walnut Avenue) in an R-0 (Low Density Residential) Zoning District. 2.      2005-0327   McAfee [Applicant] RNM 535 Oakmead LP [Owner]: Application for a Use Permit for a laser communication system mounted 36" above the roof line of an existing building.  The property is located at 535 Oakmead Parkway (near Lakeside Drive) in an M-S (Industrial and Service) Zoning District.  (APN: 216-44-106) AM

 

3.      2005-0336   Jeanne M. Pilling-Wilson [Applicant/Owner]: Application for a Parcel Map to subdivide one lot into two condominium lots with one common lot.  The property is located at 914 E. Evelyn Avenue (near S. Wolfe Rd.) in an R-2/PD (Low-Medium Density Residential/Planned Development) Zoning District. (APN: 213-03-008) RK

 

4.      2005-0342 - Application for a Variance from Sunnyvale Municipal Code (SMC) section 19.46.060 (4) to allow a home to exceed 1,800 sq. ft. in an area with one covered parking space where two are required.  The property is located at 379 N. Sunnyvale Avenue (near E. Maude Avenue) in an R-0 (Low Density Residential) Zoning District. (APN: 204-35-008) SL
