A public hearing will be held by the Administrative Hearing Officer of Community Development Department at 2:00 p.m. in the West Conference Room, City Hall, 456 W. Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA for the purpose of considering the following applications:

1. 2004-0195 – Sandra Steele [Applicant] Lockaway Storage [Owner] - Application for a Use Permit on a 1.18 acre site to allow a new telecommunications antenna mounted on the rooftop.  The project is located at 220 West Ahwanee Avenue in an M-S (Industrial & Service) Zoning District (APN:  204-03-043) SL

2.  2004-0186 – Application for a Variance from SMC (Sunnyvale Municipal Code) Section 19.48.100 to allow a side yard setback of 3 feet 9 inches where 6 feet is required.  The project is located at 1492 Revelstoke Way in an R-1 (Low Density Residential) Zoning District (APN:  323-29-029) RK

3.  2004-0150 – Application for a Variance from SMC (Sunnyvale Municipal Code) Section 19.48.100 to allow an air conditioning unit between the face of the building and the street.  The project is located at 1340 Miette Way in an R-1 (Low Density Residential) Zoning District (APN:  323-05-034) RK
