A public hearing will be held by the Administrative Hearing Officer at City Hall, 456 West Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA for the purpose of considering the following applications:

CALL TO ORDER   

1.      2005-0649 – Application for a Use Permit on a 6,810 square-foot site to allow an acupuncture clinic in a residential zoning district. The property is located at 608 East Fremont Avenue (near Floyd Ave) in an R-0 (Low-Density Residential) Zoning District. 2.      2005-0664 – Application for a Variance from Sunnyvale Municipal Code section 19.34.030 to allow for a 264 square-foot accessory utility building with a 2.5-foot side-yard setback where 4 feet is required and a 2-foot rear-yard setback where 10 feet is required. The property is located at 885 Lakechime Drive (near Silverlake Dr) in an R-0 (Low-Density Residential) Zoning District. (APN:110-24-027) RK

3.      2005-0667 –Angela and Chidi Ikemi [Applicant] Leo Martinez [Owner]: Application for a Special Development Permit on a 11,900 square-foot site to allow the modification of an original Use Permit 1973-0030 to allow an increase of 27 beds for a total of 34. The property is located at 578 North Mathilda Avenue (near W Maude Ave) in a C-2 (Highway Business/Planned Development) Zoning District.
