A public hearing will be held by the Administrative Hearing Officer at City Hall, 456 West Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA for the purpose of considering the following applications:

   CALL TO ORDER  

   1.    2004-0963 – Geddes Ulinskas [Applicant]: Application for a Variance on a 5,250 square-foot site to allow a first and second story addition to a one story home (Historic Resource) for a total of 1,737 square feet resulting in a 33% Floor Area Ratio.  The property is located at 321 Flora Vista Avenue in an R-2 (Low-Medium Density Residential) Zoning District.  (APN: 209-24-062) KD (Item has been continued indefinitely and will be re- noticed)

    2.   2004-0856 – Ted Leung/The Leung Trust [Applicant/Owner] Application for a Special Development Permit on a 5.1-acre site to allow a new 3,500 square-foot retail/restaurant building and the rehabilitation of existing buildings within an existing shopping center (Sunnyvale Shopping Center).  The property is located at 144 West El Camino Real in a C-2 / ECR (Highway Business/El Camino Real Precise Plan) Zoning District.  (APN: 201-37-012) RK

    3.    2004-0977 – WinMart [Applicant] Armanini Albert L Trustee & Et Al [Owner]: Application for a Special Development Permit on a 1.9-acre site to allow liquor service in a existing banquet facility.  The project is located at 833 West El Camino Real Suite #1 in a C-2/PD (Highway Business/Planned Development) Zoning District. (APN: 165-01-042) JM

    4.     2004-0980 – Good Guys [Applicant] Murtha J Martin Trustee & Et Al [Owner]: Application for a Use Permit on a 2.2-acre site to allow the modification to an existing building for an auto installation access/door facing El Camino Real including the modification to a parking lot layout.  The property is located at 1247 West El Camino Real in a C-2 (Highway Business) Zoning District. (APN: 161-22-007) AM
