A public hearing will be held by the Administrative Hearing Officer at City Hall, 456 West Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA for the purpose of considering the following applications:

CALL TO ORDER 

1.      2005-0557 – Jinsu Jeong [Applicant] Li Edward Kin Hung Et Al [Owner]: Application for a Use Permit on a 7,700 square foot site to allow a 1,364 square-foot dance studio in an existing 22,750 square-foot commercial building.  The property is located at 530 South Murphy Avenue (near El Camino Real) in an R-2/O (Low-Medium Density Residential/Office) Zoning District. 2.      2005-0564 – Victor Aboytes [Applicant] Caletti Associates LLC [Owner]: Application for a Use Permit on a 22,525 square-foot site to allow an autobody repair  shop and sales office within an existing vacant building.  The property is located at 928 West El Camino Real (near S. Mary Ave) in a C-2 (Highway Business) Zoning District. (APN: 201-19-036) KD

3.     2005-0565 - Application for a Special Development Permit on a 6,500 square-foot site to allow a second-story addition and a detached garage with a second story accessory living unit.
