A public hearing will be held by the Administrative Hearing Officer of Community Development Department at 2:00 p.m. in the West Conference Room, City Hall, 456 W. Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA for the purpose of considering the following application:

1.     2004-0097 – NSA Wireless [Applicant] Pacific Gas And Electric Co. [Owner] – Application on a 35,100 square foot site for a Variance from Sunnyvale Municipal Code section 19.32.020 which allows maximum structure height of 55 feet in an R-0 Zoning District.  The Variance would allow an additional 6 feet 8 inches to an existing 93 feet tall PG&E tower to accommodate relocation of existing antennae. The property is located at 602 E. Weddell Drive in an R-0 (Low Density Residential) Zoning District.  (APN: 110-15-019) CC (Application Continued Indefinitely)
