A public hearing will be held by the Administrative Hearing Officer at City Hall, 456 West Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA for the purpose of considering the following applications:

CALL TO ORDER

 

 1.       2004-0294 – Craig Hudson [Applicant]: Application for Variance from SMC (Sunnyvale Municipal Code) section 19.48.050 to allow a five foot rear yard setback where ten feet is required for the conversion of an existing accessory building to an accessory living unit. The property is located at 1360 La Bella Avenue in an R-1 (Low Density Residential) Zoning District. (APN:  323-08-023) RK (Variance Application Withdrawn. Application re-submitted for a Miscellaneous Plan Permit). 

 

 2.      2004-0303 – Vladimir Taft [Applicant] Varni Properties, Inc. [Owner]: Application for a Special Development Permit on a 2.9 acre site to allow a 17,894 square-foot adult day health care facility in a portion of an existing industrial building.  The property is located at 1161 North Fair Oaks Avenue in an R-4/PD (High Density Residential/Planned Development) Zoning District. (APN:  110-29-040) SL
