A public hearing will be held by the Administrative Hearing Officer at City Hall, 456 West Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA for the purpose of considering the following applications:

   CALL TO ORDER 

  1.  2005-0233 – Application for a Use Permit to allow a six-foot and eight-inch high side yard fence without a signed neighbor agreement.  The property is located at 838 San Rafael Street (near Ahwanee Ave) in an R-0 (Low-Density Residential) Zoning District.  (APN: 205-07-007) KD (continued from April 27, 2005)
