A public hearing will be held by the Administrative Hearing Officer of Community Development Department at 2:00 p.m. in the West Conference Room, City Hall, 456 W. Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA for the purpose of considering the following applications:

1. 2003-0771 – Bindu Mandahava [Applicant]
Lawrence Commercial Center [Owner] – Application for a Use Permit on a 164,043 square foot site to allow a new dance studio in an existing industrial building.  The property is located at 520 Lawrence Expressway in an M-S (Industrial & Service) Zoning District.  2. 2003-0769 – Application for a Special Development Permit on a 5,385 square foot site to allow a pre-fabricated patio enclosure in the rear property resulting in a 59% FAR (Floor Area Ratio).   The property is located at 1157 White Pine Terrace in a R-1.5/PD (Low Medium Density Residential/Planned Development) Zoning District.
