A public hearing will be held by the Administrative Hearing Officer at City Hall, 456 West Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA for the purpose of considering the following applications:

           2005-0958 – Judy Nguyen [Applicant]: Application for a Use Permit to allow on-sale beer & wine at a restaurant in an industrial area. The property is located at 1294 Kifer Road (near Oakmead Pkwy) in an M-S/PD (Industrial & Service/Planned Development) Zoning District. (APN: 219-27-010) SL

        2005-1001 – Application on an 8,417 square-foot site for a Use Permit to allow construction of a seven-foot-high fence between the house and Allison Way. The property is located at 1313 Nelson Way (near Allison Wy) in an R-1 (Low-Density Residential) Zoning District. (APN: 323-05-041) RK
